I know that the cut, because men and women are different obviously a different form. A 42-44” jacket is large for men. For a girl that would probably be between a 14 and 16.
You need to measure yourself- men’s sizes are in inches. They measure jacket size around the chest, so get a tape measure (or a string you can then measure with a ruler), and wrap it around your chest (over your boobs unless you want them to be squished). The number of inches will be your jacket size.
